We are currently launching the city guide section and each city territory is secured to you. Once we have cities taken, you will need to email us to see if your territory is available. We will be working together on the phone and email on a daily basis if needed. You will need to purchase around $4000 in material at wholesale to get started to go all out campaign in a full size city (Better than starting at scratch at $50-60,000 and years of development). If you want to do something in a smaller scale and be a sales rep and/or manage a sales team, you can just buy the sales books/forms for around $100/pack and start selling to small businesses in your city (Just email us).
This is for an opportunity to run our City Guide in your area. You won't own the website but will be a subcontractor partner to run our website in your area. As a representative, you will perform local marketing activities. Our goal is to have you promote the site from within your city, growing the site, while ebosa maintains the site and covers all the costs associated with developing and hosting the site.
Our site is ebosa.com a free auctions, classified ads, ecards website. We have been running this site in our area for the past 2 years.
The purpose of ebosa is to create traffic for our main business ebosacityguide.com which we are currently launching. We spent the past 2 years developing this website and promoting with paid google ads throughout North America for our auction section, and local advertising in our area. We used our area as a test market and now we are looking for entrepreneurs to expand with us nationally.
We will not charge subcontractors any fees to join our team, but we require you to purchase advertising and ebosa business material to run this business in your area. We cost out the materials your need to run the business. This business is for someone that is a self starter and motivated. We spent 2 years developing a business model and have everything prepared for you to keep things cost efficient. We will work together to create an opportunity for you to have a self sustaining business that could make you a fortune in the long run. Basically we split all revenues 50%.
Every night when you or your sales team take your orders, orders can be emailed to our office for processing. We will help train you to create the directory pages or we can work something out in hiring people at the main office to do it. Charging customers a one time setup fee is optional. Remember we are working together to make this work.
While the main ebosa.com site brings people in your city to the site, it is used to draw people to the city guide. Basically it is an all for one portal.
We will help you put in classified ads into the free ads section from your area to help start you out. Ebosa has plastic signs that you can place around your city to promote the website in your area. You will need to put stakes and hammer them around the city, hammer them on telephone poles (where permitted), Put flyers in libraries, coffee shops, community boards, etc. The more advertising you promote, the more of a presence you will have when selling the city guide..

Revenues:
Subscriptions are $59.99 a month. Included is a url web address for the business, website within the ebosa cityguide, product lister, directory listing, online coupons, etc. You can check here to see what the customer receives. http://www.ebosacityguide.com/fees.php
You receive $30 per subscription
So if you have 100 subscriptions that is $3000 a month.
if you have 200 subscriptions that is $6000 a month.
So if you have 1000 subscriptions that is $60000 a month.
We will help guide you in hiring sales people in your area where you can pay them a commission (example $30 an order, give them first months sales and any residual income for taking care of clients if you like)
and have our sales folders and forms for you. We can email you the sales forms, route sheets, order forms etc so you can print them out. The 3 piece carbon receipts are 15 cents from our printers so we pass that to you.

The colored website sample glossy book and glossy presentation book are $28 for the pair (Recommended to get 5 sets, and the leather sales books are $35 each (If you can get them cheaper in you area, it is recommended that you purchase them at staples, office depot etc, to save shipping costs.




Double sided colored glossy brochures are $400 per 1000. They can be sent to businesses or dropped off to business when you make your presentations.

Window url stickers (www.businessname.ebosa.com) It is recommended for you to find a cheap place to get window stickers for your customers so they can put them on their windows to promote our website and their business.
The more the name ebosa is known in your area the bigger it will grow for you.

Scratch Card program where you sell a package of 1000 promo cards for $120 to local business subscribers. Works out to 12 cents a card for them. This helps local business bring in repeat customers and helps small businesses have a joint program with ebosa that they can otherwise afford like the promotional games like McDonald's restaurants and other big chain store do. These cards is also a marketing tool for you to get exposure of the city guide through your client's customers. Our cost is $80 a box of 1000, so that is how much we give it to you for. (It is best if you have at least have 10 or so boxes, when you start.)

Game 1:
Game one consists of matching 3 numbers to win a prize. Businesses choose what the first, second, third prizes will be. Prizes can be anything from discounts on your products and services, free items, etc. You will receive posters where you can write in the prizes and display at your business. You can choose what ratio you would like for first, second, and third prize. Generally there is one first prize card in each lot. It is beneficial to accept game cards from other businesses in our association to bring more customers from other places to your business. You may stamp/initial the back of your cards if you prefer not to accept cards from other businesses in our association.
Game 2:
All cards have serial numbers and customers can go to ebosa.com to enter the number for additional prizes. These prizes are covered by ebosa.com with your subscription.
Game 3:
Customers can collect cards to mix and match "Calling Numbers" to win additional prizes on ebosa.com. These prizes are covered by ebosa.com with your subscription.

Notes:
Ebosa and you will agree to monthly revenue targets. In the beginning if you miss those targets in 6 months in a row, we can, at our option, terminate the relationship with no further obligation to you. But once we establish market saturation, then it is only a matter of maintaining customers.
You can terminate the relationship at any time.
We can, at any time, terminate the relationship with you by paying you a lump sum equal to the previous 12 months. We would do this if we sold our company but could do it for other reasons. But most likely, if someone bought us out, you will be core to the business so they would likely retain you. We put this 12 month payout for you so you will be rewarded if anything happens.
We retain ownership of the site, the domain name, the trademarks and the content at all times.
The main point is that we want to make sure things are profitable and worthwhile for both parties. We plan to enter different markets in North America and would benefit from having a subcontractor in each market.
In order for this work, you must be a self-starter, good at dealing with people, and have the time to spend doing physical, guerrila- style marketing. If you are primarily a 'techie', this opportunity is probably not for you.
To give you an idea of the things that we do to promote ebosa.com, we:
1. Paste up posters around the city.
2. Buy TV/Radio ad spots (which we don't expect you to do, but recommended when you start making money).
4. Put signs on our cars.
5. Erect 'rogue' billboard signs on public boulevards.
6. Leverage our community of friends and associates for word-of- mouth marketing.
7. Put flyers on car windshields promoting the site.
Our Goal is to have a good working partnership with our subcontractors to establish a good foundation for our website in order to build financial stability and dreams for those in the Ebosa family!
Later when we make money, the head office may place local advertising for you. You can order as much as you like to get our business running.
